Billing Questions

Question 1: What will I see on my payment statement?
Your credit card will be discreetly billed by one of our processors "Jetchrg.com" or "Paycom.net".

Question 2: Do I have unlimited access with my membership?
Yes, if you signup with a FULL memberhip you will have unlimited access when you sign up for our sites. Trial memberships do NOT have full access to the sites.

Question 3: How often will I be charged for your services?
Your account will be charged every thirty days from the day you originally subscribed for monthly access. If you signed up to our "mini membership". you will be charged monthly after the trial period is finished. If you cancel your account before that time, we will not renew your account. Instead your account will expire on that date. If you cancel your membership in the middle of the thirty days, you will have access for the remaining time left.

Question 4: How do I cancel my membership?
You can cancel your membership at the the cancellation page, click here.

Question 5: How do I know that my membership was cancelled?
You will get confirmation of cancellation from our processors via email to the email address entered (into the sign up page) when joining the site.

Question 6: Why have I not received a cancellation confirmation email?
The cancellation email may take 24 hours. If your account information has changed (email address), please contact that processors support listed above. They have agents on staff 24 / 7 to assist you.

Password Questions

Question 1: What is my username and/or password?
Please look at the original email you received when signing up for the site. It will have your username and password. However, if you no longer have that email, our processors can retrieve your information.

Question 2: I'm not sure which billing processor I used...How do I find my username and/or password?
Please try both of our processors password support links listed above. If that doesn't work, please contact us.

Question 3: My password is not working?
Check to make sure it is the proper password. The passwords are case sensitive.

Technical Questions

Question 1: When I click on the videos on the site nothing happens, all I get is the same page. What should I do?
This is most often caused by Popup Blockers. You need to turn off all popup blockers or add our site to the exceptions list.

Question 3: What is a Plug-In?
An internet Plug-In is an application built into a web browser or added to a browser to enable it to interact with a special file type, such as a movie.

Question 4: Sometimes a software security alert window pops up. What should I do?
Select the "Always Trust" box and click "OK."

Question 5: Sometimes I get error messages, or my the video just won't play, what should I do then?

Clear your browser's cache and restart your browser.

* Select Internet Options
* Click the General tab
* Go to Temporary Internet Files - Delete files - Click OK
* Go to History - Clear History - Click Yes
* To close window, click OK
* Close Browser then re-open it
